Rocks Dim Sum & Noodle Bar opened at noon on Tuesday 22nd February 2005

A new restaurant has opened on St. Neots' Market Square, which offers customers the chance to try delicious Dim Sum, hand prepared in the traditional way. Dim Sum literally means "to touch the heart" and is considered an essential part of Chinese cuisine.
As well as being an Oriental Tapas bar, Rocks also  serves a large selection of fresh noodle dishes, with soup, sauce or dry fried.

Rocks has a fully licensed bar but please note that the entire restaurant is non-smoking.

Managed by Miss Yasmin Sheik, Rocks is the sister restaurant to the popular Hong Kong Restaurant, which was established when the Sheik family arrived in England in 1969.
The chef is "Uncle" KK Wong, who has over forty years experience as a Dim Sum and noodle specialist in Hong Kong.

The Sheik family faced some unique challenges with the Rocks project. The listed building is over 400 years old, and has taken 10 months to renovate. The results are impressive, with the design creating a welcoming modern atmosphere that complements the historic architecture.

• Dim Sum is available every lunch and evening, with specials being served on Sunday lunchtime.
• Vegetarian alternatives may be requested for most of the dishes on the menu.
• Hot and Spicy dishes can be prepared on request. 
• Children are welcome, please just ask for smaller portions!
• Patrons who have wheat/gluten allergies may request rice vermicelli or "hoh fan" noodles. If in doubt, please ask.
