The restaurant occupies the ground floor of the premises (which, incidentally are housed in a listed building). About sixty patrons may be comfortably seated - if you book be sure to ask if the fish tank seat is available! The restaurant is fully licensed and prides itself on its fine wines stocked by Meybro Quality Wines. As of October 2001, the dining area of the Restaurant is now
fully non-smoking.

The chefs are always willing to cater for special requirements if you can phone in advance
and there are often special dishes available. Examples of specialties include lobster or
fresh king scallops in black bean sauce, fresh squid, cuttlefish or fresh steamed sea
bass. Just phone beforehand and ask for `Esa' to find out what is available!

We are famed for our extensive vegetarian dishes, including tofu, crispy vegetables with pancakes and crispy chiu yim mushrooms. The restaurant can also provide speciality Chinese Banquets. These lavish affairs are comprised of many traditional courses and have proven extremely popular. If you require a buffet then please don't forget the Pagoda Club on the next floor. |
