Unicorn

She floats through the forest
Ethereal and fey
So strange and so beautiful
Yet so far away

Breeze through the glades
Graceful as snow
So pale and mist delicate
Elfwinds blow

Enchantment seeps up
Through the shadows of trees
Swirls through her hair
Unicorn freeze

Magical legend
Of pale moonlit light
Touches her brow
So glistening bright

Untouchable girl
Shed no tears as we part
Never had the words
To touch your fragile heart

And so in the dusk
She vanishes into her dream
And sleeps eternal
Tragic unicorn queen
